Function Overview You may create a standard course using “Course Management”. To schedule a standard course, you need to first create a course, and then add in lessons and students. Course scheduling is a commonly used function. Operation Guide There are two steps in scheduling a standard course. First, create a course. Then, add in lessons and students. When course scheduling is completed, the ClassIn App will display Classrooms and courses.

Function overview School basic setting includes course default background setting, brand name and logo setting, and school introduction setting. The school profile will be displayed at the bottom of the learning report page and the enrollment page of a public course. When students forward and share the course, they will advertise for the organization. Operation guide 1 Course default cover (class default avatar) setting Click "Setting" and enter "Basic Setting"

Function overview In ClassIn’s dashboard, you can find two sets of system default classroom skin and the skin library. Users may use default skins or use existing skins in the skin library. Users may also customize a classroom skin. Operation guide Click "Settings" in the "Profile" section, and click "Classroom Settings" in the tab bar. You may use the "Create Classroom Setting" function at the bottom of the page to customize the classroom skin according to your needs.

Function overview You may setup learning reports in “Class Report” in "Setting" tab. Learning reports include teacher’s comment, course achievement, course note, course playback, organization introduction and so on. The learning report can be set to be sent automatically, making it easier for students to check learning reports through ClassIn app.  Operation guide Click "Setting" to enter “Class Report”. Select learning report templates and choose whether to automatically send learning reports according to your institution’s needs.

Function overview An organization account is set up bu the phone number of a corporate body or an individual in charge of the organization. The school account is set up by the school principals or school representatives who are authorized to almost everything as a “super” administrator. Every school or organization can request only one school account, but can open multiple sub-accounts to manage the school dashboard. Operation guide Click on "

Function overview Live web broadcast can be used in seminars, industry forums, online career fairs, offline press conferences and multiple other scenarios. It supports thousands of people watching online simultaneously. The main live broadcast page allows visitors to chat, leave comments and give “likes”. The detailed data of visitors can be easily exported with one click. Operation guide 1 Create a regular lesson Click "Course Management" and fill in basic course/lesson information.

Function overview The courseware bank stores courseware needed by teachers in class. Institutions may also store other resources. The courseware bank supports image, video, audio, PPT, PDF, word and many other formats. Operation guide Teachers may select "Courseware" in “Drive” tab to create or upload courseware resources according to their needs. The files can be renamed, copied, moved, deleted and downloaded. Note: File should not exceed 100MB in size. The maximum number of folders in the courseware bank is 5000.

Function overview Classroom data can be checked in "Teaching Data", including "Course Data" and "Lesson Data". Course data include all data of lessons in the course, and lesson data include data of a single lesson. In “lesson data”, teaching analysis and learning analysis can be exported in the form of tables. Operation guide Click "Teaching Data" to check classroom data on the right. Function overview The monitoring feature is for school administrators to supervise the class and to solve questions raised in class. Operation guide Click on "Monitor" in “Class” tab, and then you will see the monitor management page. Lessons are displayed in chart or in list. You can adjust the display mode at the upper right corner.   1 Attendance management  If someone is absent, his/her personal information will be displayed in red.
